NACTA's Annual Convention Nov. 18th-21st, 2008

Supplier Participation for the Conference is SOLD OUT, if you have already been confirmed as a participating supplier, please complete the following registration form.  All those registered must be 21 years or older.  There are no cabins allocated on the Celebrity Solstice for Suppliers. Therefore, please plan on attending from 12noon on Nov. 18th thru 2pm on Nov. 19th at the Hyatt Regency in Miami. 

For Special Rates at the Hyatt Regency Miami, hotel rooms must be booked directly.  In the next two weeks we will include information on how to book with discounted room rates.  Please visit this events agenda for updates. 

Step 1. Complete the registration form in full with payment (credit card only). If participation or sponsorship is included in a previous agreed to package, please indicate were noted below.
Step 2. Hit the Submit Button at the bottom of the form.
Step 3. Print out the Confirmation Form.  Once your payment posts you will receive an additional confirmation from NACTA Headquarters, if you do not receive confirmation within two weeks please contact nacta@asta.org or call 703-739-6826.

Cancellation Fees: No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 60 days of event start date for any reason.  All cancellations must be received in writing, sent via fax to NACTA at 703-739-6861.  NACTA, Inc. The National Association of Commissioned Travel Agents cannot guarantee services to be provided by any carrier and shall assume no responsibility for any actions deemed beyond it's control. NACTA, Inc will not be responsible or liable for any act, omission, error, loss, accident, injury, nonperformance, or any other irregularity or consequences resulting from, which may take place through default, neglect or any other action of the company, carrier, or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which documents are issued.
