Travel Quest has a different business model, one that supports people working from home and local businesses.  We simply can not charge exorbitant fees to our agents for simply running a ticket or having a group.  Our ICs help Travel Quest earn top commissions and build our name within the industry.  In return, we offer 100% commissions back to the agents.  

We encourage the growth of our agents and provide monthly roundtable discussions and supplier trainings, marketing support, access to direct mail pieces, and continuing education seminars.   Our agents can expand and streamline their business with the complimentary customer relationship management tool Q3.

Corporate Agents will find the online booking tool ResX a great fit for their clients.  Agents also have the power of CWT negotiated rates and the option of a 24-hour call center.  We provide continuing education, forums on how to get accounts, and training at Carlson headquarters specific to the needs of our corporate clients.       

Leisure Agents will have the power of CWT and special promotions, discounts, and fams available only to Carlson affiliates.  The complimentary CRM will helps our agents market more efficiently, especially our CWT direct mail pieces.  Our ongoing trainings at CWT headquarters, online, and around the Minneapolis/St.Paul metro help agents meet our suppliers, learn new programs, and work with other agents in the Travel Quest family to strengthen their businesses.
