We specialize in helping those without prior experience get into the travel industry.  We offer a free training program and great support system designed around those without experience.  We welcome all levels of experience and pay 75% commission. Agents who are with us for 3 years or more, receive 80% commission.

Start up cost is $130 which includes a rider on our E&O insurance through Gulf Writers.  For those with their own insurance, it is $30 to get set up.  Monthly fee is $10 a month which is waived with $3000 or more commissionable sales each month.

We have been in business since 1997 and have had independent contractors since 1999.  We are a Funjet500 Club Member, Carnival Super Agency and are members of Vacation.com.

Dugan's Travels is owned by Jennifer Dugan.  She has been a travel agent since 1993 and has her CTA.  Our
agency specializes in family travel but any travel arrangements can be made. We use the internet to our
advantage for both our agents and customers.

We are registered sellers of travel in CA, FL, IA and WA. We have over 600 independent agents and allow agents to work with us even if they have another host agency or do some bookings on their own.  We offer online booking capabilities and have log ins to all travel websites.
